Lowered roller conveyor

Stikkers has special designs for roller conveyors with a low transport height of 80 mm. These conveyors make it possible to place pallets on the roller conveyors using electric pallet trucks (EPTs), hand pallet trucks and pump trucks, without having to lift the pallets high.

This is how the drive works

The motors and gears are mounted sideways to the profile in order to achieve a low transport height. The torque of the motor is transferred to two conveyor sections on either side of the motor. The outer rollers at the attachment and removal points are also driven. After placing the load on the conveyor, it is therefore not necessary to push the load manually to a driven section.
