About Stikkers Industriemontage:

The company Stikkers Industriemontage was founded in 2007 from a broad experience gained within automated product handling and palletising systems.

Stikkers is an organisation that unburdens and supports companies in a number of areas. Stikkers’ main activity is carrying out industrial installation, (de)assembly and maintenance jobs, both mechanical and electrical, for clients based on a fixed scope, on a directional basis or on a post-calculation basis. Clients can also use Stikkers as a flexible shell to manage peaks and troughs in their own order intake/operations. Whether mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic. Thanks to Stikkers’ highly flexible attitude and the broad profile of its professionals, the company can respond quickly to customers’ wishes.

Stikkers carries out inspection and maintenance for its clients with the aim of extending the lifespan of machine parks and installations while increasing the availability of systems by performing preventive and corrective maintenance. In addition, its extensive ‘know-how’ enables Stikkers to further optimise installations or logistics systems. As a result, Stikkers has successfully grown into a market leader in the Netherlands, with a turnover of around €10 million in 2021.

For the former owner of Stikkers, who sold the company based on his age, it was very important to find the right long-term home for Stikkers. With Matco International (Matco), Stikkers shares both core values and business philosophy and can really look to develop the business further under the Matco banner.

Arjan Groeneveld, one of Stikkers’ management members for many years, will lead the company as Managing Director. The company will become part of Matco’s business area and will continue to operate under its current brand name.

The acquisition of Stikkers strengthens Matco’s strategic position in supply solutions and servitisation for the tertiary packaging industry, including wrapping machines and the supply of packaging materials to customers in the transportation, logistics, e-commerce companies, food and manufacturing industries.
